All I can say is thank you very much for your support. The Car park was a complete sell-out 45 minutes before the match. Also people were telling us it was one of the cheapest around and the price will be staying at a fiver for the duration of the season.

We never rammed them in but did it sensibly and kept a patrol of the vehicles for the whole of the game. (Although I did watch some of the game through the back window of the club). We earned quite a few quid for the Dockers club which is much needed and I hope people felt safe leaving their cars there.

We will be continuing with this every home game but please keep in mind that on Saturdays there is a 50% reduction in capacity due to us providing parking for the teams who play there and members. We will try and park the cars a little more strategically next time to maximise available spaces.

Oh and thanks to everyone who used it for being so patient at the end it emptied really smoothly.

Keep in mind that on normal kick-off times the club is open before and after the match if you want to grab a shandy and a chip barm ( £1.50 a pint!!). There are also toilets in the foyer for both Gents and Ladies.

One last thank-you to Peter Evo for pushing this. You my friend are a diamond and are indebted to the tune of numerous pints. PM me when you get the chance.

Open for the next home game against Man U at 9am. If you are not fast you are last.

Hello,

Just a reminder on this. We will be opening the Car Park from 9:30am on Saturday morning but there will be a 50% reduction in the number of spaces as we have 3 games on there of a Saturday and must keep half the space available for patrons. I will try and ensure that we get as many in as safely as possible but it may be worth getting there a bit early.

The club will be open at around 11am and also after the game when it will be £1.50 a pint, there is also food available and 2 big screens.

We used it for the Stoke game, easy to get away from but a bit of a treck to the ground. Nothing you cant handle tho and will keep you fit. Deffo parking there from now on seeing as its all residents parking or a lot dearer in the other car parks.
