Fcuking raging

Bought £1000 worth of bedroom furniture from The Bed Shed on the 28th August and specifically asked for delivery on 13th October coz I knew I'd be home from working away.
Made a couple of calls in the last week and was told it arrived in their local warehouse on the 5th so delivery was on track.
Phoned this morning to get a rough idea what time it would arrive today, and the woman said she'd find out and get back to me.
Got a call from the store manager at one o'clock today, saying not only was my furniture not in the van, it's not even in the fucking warehouse. Might be Monday before it's even in the warehouse so looking at arriving at least a week late.
If I'd been speaking face to face with the cocky Dundonian manager I'd have twatted him.

To make matters worse, I broke up all the old stuff and dumped it today.

One wrong item, one damaged item and one fucking missing item.
Fucking sick of this now, delivery of replacements not for another 2 weeks now.
Told the stupid bitch on the phone I was going to contact their head(board) office over this.

Ordered a bed for my son with a delivery time of 3-5 weeks. This was 6 fucking weeks ago. My missus called this week to see what was going on. They said it has left Sweden and will be with us towards the end of next week. What the fuck are they doing, walking with the fucking thing.
