Everyone signed up for the criteria etc. but when you do the job on the pitch, have the biggest support in the division, have constantly redeveloped and improved facilities over the last few years, implemented an academy AND win a play-off its bitterly disappointing to be overlooked.

Dundalk got shafted before in 2002 when the FAI decided that 3 teams would be relegated instead of 2.

How having a great marketing dept can be deemed better than winning football matches or even having your own ground is beyond me......unless of course the FAI are involved!!!!
