Just heard the devastating news that a very good friend of mine Steve Mitchell was killed in a car crash last night. Steve was a fantastic man, a great Evertonian and did lots of tremendous work for charity. This pic is of me and Mitch wearing each other's shirts on one of the many charity nights he organised. I have fond memories of that night. Can't believe he's gone.
