Been told that receipts are going out by email for this one, so best make sure you have the correct email addy recorded with the club.

13 from last season? What the fuck? Do they think there's gonna be a big mad scramble for tickets for West Ham on a Monday night televised? Why are they making it so fuckin difficult to get tickets when the demand recently has been the lowest for years? And why is Cat A? West Ham?This will go to general absolutely no doubt and it's doubtful that it will sell out even. Just don't see the reasoning behind 13 credits and why no notice of it on the website? Only knew it was 13 when I got fucked off online and phoned. Madness. If this is 13 creds what will Chelsea be - 19?

No mention of 13 on the official site, the page is not updated, what a load of toss.
Chelsea credits will probably be 13 or 14 Pete. I don't think it's gone above that all season.

Tickets up at 9:17 and sorted at 9:18.

For other sales this season for category A:

Aston Villa on Monday night was 12 credits
Everton and Man Utd were 7 credits
All others 13 credits.

There was no reason why West Ham on a Monday night which is bound to be a slow seller could have gone on sale when Fulham was supposed to. The members pre req of 13 games is Fucking ridiculous.

IMO there should be 3 categories for home games:

Cat A
Everton
Man Utd
CL knockout stages
Europa League Semi Finals

Cat B
Arsenal
Aston Villa
Chelsea
Man City
Spurs
CL group stages
Europa League Quarter Finals

Cat C
The other 12 Premier League games
Carling Cup
Europa League before Quarter Finals
FA Cup except against Cat A or B teams

Im a member with 10, but wont get one tomorow i'll wait til general, cos the ticket selection on the kop for Members is shite tbh.

But this time they are sending confirmation emails out to those buy on the phones as well. No more receipts posted out. That's £23,750 saved on stamps per season alone!

Whilst they need to sort out the web pages when everyone is trying to get in at 8.30, I can't really complain this season as the new system has benefited me no end - if I was an ex PTS member though, I'd probably wouldn't be saying that.

The PTS was brilliant, but saying that, have still managed to get tickets with minimal fuss.

The only problem with the system is that it encourages loyalty buying for league games. But is good for ex PTS members who went most games and others who went most games on general as they are guaranteed category A games. Wonder if it will go up from 13 games next season or not?

I didn't have PTS but somehow managed to get 16 games recorded on my fancard last season, which set me up nicely or this season.

I spoke to Paula at the ticket office in the week and asked her about the ticketing system. She said that the club wanted to reward loyalty but didn't want to make it a closed shop.

The PTS was brilliant, but saying that, have still managed to get tickets with minimal fuss.

In terms of that I agree and its saved me £25 this year. I don't think the All Red scheme has worked the way that Ian Ayre had hoped primarily because we haven't performed on the pitch.

Stoke and Villa were a real pain in the arse getting tickets for and it froze on the payment screen for Hull which took me an hour to get back into order history to check. Man Utd I could only get single seats for while Spurs and Sunderland sales were both delayed. So 2/3 of sales have gone OK this season and it's been a piece of piss since Christmas.

I have heard others on other forums saying the same thing as me but maybe it's me that's in the minority.
